What is your cancellation policy?

At Gibson Financial Coaching, we value your time and resources just as much as ours. That’s why we kindly ask that you honor your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things come up, and if you need to reschedule or cancel, simply let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Since we are a time-based service, we do not provide refunds for canceled appointments. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to working with you to help achieve your goals!

Is my spouse required to participate?

At Gibson Financial Coaching, we understand the importance of joint financial management in marriage. That’s why we require both spouses to actively participate and commit to all scheduled coaching sessions. We believe in the power of teamwork and want to ensure that both partners have the opportunity to contribute and benefit from our services. If your spouse is unavailable for an appointment, we will gladly reschedule to accommodate both of your schedules. Let’s work together to achieve your financial goals as a team!
